树脂砂工艺生产铸钢件发热材料应用研究

摘　　要：铸钢件在铸造生产时需要使用冒口和补贴以达到铸件内部组织致密。冒口和补贴会覆盖铸件表面,且冒口、补贴需要被去除以达到铸件表面轮廓形状。笔者介绍了使用新型发热材料制作冒口套和补贴取代常规冒口套和金属补贴,并进行生产验证,提高工艺出品率,提高生产效率。Steel castings need riser and padding to achieve dense internal structure.Risers and paddings will cover the casting surface,and they need to be removed to achieve the contour shape of the casting surface.This paper introduces the use of new exothermic materials to make riser sleeves and paddings to replace conventional riser sleeves and metal paddings according to the needs of casting process,and carries out production verification to improve yield and production efficiency.
