摘  要:针对12V柴油机气缸体铸件侧面窗口产生裂纹缺陷进行分析,认为窗口芯头的实心结构造成铸件在冷却过程中收缩受到机械阻力,形成的拉应力是铸件开裂的主要原因,为此对窗口芯头进行掏空处理,砂芯壁厚按30 mm更改,组芯时芯头定制纤维垫进行封堵,使砂芯在浇注过程中受热后溃散速度加快,提高退让性,保证铸件收缩。采用改进后的措施生产验证,得到合格铸件。The crack defects in the blank side window of cylinder block of 12V diesel engine were analyzed.It was considered that the solid structure of the window core head causes the shrinkage of castings to be subjected to mechanical resistance during cooling,and the tensile stress was the main reason for the crack of castings.The improvement measures were to hollow out the window core,change the mold according to 30 mm wall thickness of the sand core,and customize the fiber pad to seal the core head when assembling the core.The improvement measures will accelerate the heat dissipation rate of the sand core after being heated during the pouring process,improve the yield and ensure the shrinkage of the casting.The improved measures were adopted to produce and verify the qualified castings.
