摘 要:针对拖拉机球墨铸铁整体车架在砂型铸造中容易出现的缩松、缩孔缺陷,利用CAE模拟软件对铸件的充型、凝固过程进行仿真分析,预测可能出现的缺陷。在缺陷预测结果的基础之上采取冷铁、发热冒口等措施优化铸造工艺,再对优化后的工艺进行铸造过程模拟仿真,对比工艺优化前后的结果,发现缩孔、缩松缺陷数量显著减少。Aiming at the defects of shrinkage and porosity in sand mold casting,CAE simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the filling and solidification process of the cast,and the possible defects were predicted.On the basis of the defect prediction results,measures such as cold iron and heating riser were adopted to optimize the casting process,and then the casting process simulation was carried out on the optimized process.Compared with the results before and after the process optimization,it was found that the number of shrinkage holes and porosity defects was significantly reduced.
