摘  要:通过对砂型、金属型和金属型覆砂三种铸造工艺生产的高铬铸铁磨球组织性能分析,发现砂型、金属型覆砂到金属型,高铬铸铁磨球的晶粒尺寸、碳化物尺寸逐次细化,碳化物分布依次均匀,并且热处理后三种工艺生产的高铬铸铁磨球硬度无明显差别。滚筒湿法磨损显示,金属型生产的高铬磨球损失重最低、金属型覆砂次之、砂型最多,依次增加比例约为5%。By analyzing the microstructure and properties of high chromium cast iron grinding balls produced by sand mold,metal mold and metal mold coated sand,it is found that the grain size of sand mold,metal mold coated sand to metal mold is gradually refined,the carbide size is gradually refined,and the carbide distribution is uniform in turn.After the heat treatment,there is no obvious difference in the hardness of the three.The wet wear of the roller shows that the wear loss of the high chromium grinding balls produced by the metal mold is the lowest,the metal mold coated sand is the second,and the sand mold is the most,with an increase of about 5%.
