浅谈铸造行业企业标准化建设的重要性

摘　　要：介绍了企业标准化的作用,强调建立企业内部的技术和管理秩序使得整个企业成为一个有机整体,通过推行企业标准化管理体系建设,规范企业内部的管理行为,是提高企业竞争力的动力和源泉;同时针对铸造行业分析了企业标准化的现状,指出:企业人员的标准化意识和专业能力不够,企业的工艺设备水平落后,企业的智能信息化管理系统能力不够,市场驱动性不足等是制约标准化建设的现实问题;建议企业结合自身情况及各地激励政策进一步强化标准化工作。Enterprise standardization was introduced.It is emphasizesd that the establishment of internal technology and management order makes the whole enterprise become an organic whole.It is the driving force and source to improve the competitiveness of enterprises that standardizing the internal management behavior through the construction of enterprise standardized management system.The current situation of enterprise standardization is analyzed for the foundry industry.It is pionted out that the practical problem restricting standardization construction is the lack of standardization consciousness and professional ability of enterprise personnel,the backward level of enterprise process equipment,the insufficient ability of enterprise intelligent information management system and the lack of market driving.It is suggested that enterprises should further strengthen standardization work according to their own conditions and local incentive policies.
