摘　　要：污染源自动监测数据实时、连续反映企业污染物的排放情况,是环境治理、污染物总量控制、环境统计、环保税征收、环境执法的重要依据。本文简述污染源自动监测数据的应用,分析影响自动监测数据准确性、真实性的主要因素,并提出了排污单位全面落实主体责任、强化自动监测设备监管、规范自动监测设备运维管理、加强生态环境执法能力建设、高效查处自动监测数据造假违法行为等五个方向的监管对策,以期进一步提升污染源自动监测数据质量。The automatic monitoring data of pollution sources refl ects the real-time and continuous emission of pollutants by enterprises,which is an important basis for environmental governance,total pollutant control,environmental statistics,environmental tax collection,and environmental law enforcement.This article briefl y describes the application of automatic monitoring data for pollution sources,analyzes the main factors that affect the accuracy and authenticity of automatic monitoring data,and proposes five regulatory strategies for pollutant discharge units to fully implement their main responsibilities,strengthen the supervision of automatic monitoring equipment,standardize the operation and maintenance management of automatic monitoring equipment,strengthen the construction of ecological environment law enforcement capacity,and efficiently investigate and punish illegal activities of automatic monitoring data fraud,In order to further improve the quality of automatic monitoring data for pollution sources.
