摘　　要：本文以西北地区某生活污水处理厂入河排污口设置论证报告为例,分析入河排污口论证报告编制过程中的要点及需要重点说明的问题,并提出污水入河排放的对策建议,确保项目建成后污水排放不会对纳污河流水质造成影响,同时,也可为生态环境部门对入河排污口进行监督管理提供依据和技术支撑。This paper takes the demonstration report on the setting of the sewage outlet of the membrane domestic sewage treatment plant in Northwest China as an example,analyzes the key points in the preparation of the demonstration report on the sewage outlet of the river and the problems that need to be emphasized,and gives countermeasures and suggestions for sewage discharge into the river to ensure that the sewage discharge will not affect the water quality of the polluted river after the completion of the project.It can also provide the basis and technical support for the supervision and management of the sewage outlet of the ecological environment department.
