摘 要:随着国内数字政府改革建设、生态环境治理现代化建设脚步的不断加快,生态环境信息化建设逐渐向智能化、数字化、系统化、平台化方向快速发展,在信息化建设和管理中相关问题伴随而来,各级部门也提出了更多的要求。基于此,文章对生态环境信息化建设管理机制着手研究,并分析了当前管理机制现状,发现其无法满足生态环境信息化管理机制需要的实情。为此,文章从思想层面、组织层面、管理层面、实施层面、技术层面、决策层面入手,提出了相应优化策略,助推生态环境信息化建设管理的发展。With the continuous acceleration of the domestic digital government reform and construction and the modernization of ecological environment governance,ecological environment information construction has gradually developed in the direction of intelligence,digitalization,systematization and platform,with the accompanying problems in information construction and management,departments at all levels have put forward more requirements.Based on this,the paper studies the management mechanism of ecological environment informatization construction,considers and analyzes the current status of the management mechanism,and finds that the management mechanism cannot meet the needs of ecological environment informatization management mechanism.Therefore,the paper puts forward corresponding optimization strategies from the ideological,organizational,management,implementation,technical and decision-making levels.Promote the development of ecological environment information construction management.
