印制电路板企业自行监测工作的主要问题及建议

摘　　要：本文介绍了印刷电路板(PCB)企业产排污情况及自行监测工作的要求,从PCB生产企业在自行监测方案的制定、自行监测方案以及信息公开等3个方面,介绍了企业在自行监测工作过程中存在的主要问题,提出了提高企业主体责任意识、提高自行监测方案制定质量、规范化设置污染物排放口、及时并完整公开自行监测信息等建议,旨在指导PCB生产企业规范自行监测工作。This paper introduces PCB industry generation and emission of pollutants and requirements for self-monitoring,introduces the main problems existing in the process of self-monitoring work of PCB manufacturers from three aspects:the formulation of selfmonitoring program,the self-monitoring plan and the disclosure of information.Suggestions such as improving the awareness of enterprise responsibility,improving the quality of self-monitoring program formulation,standardizing the setting of pollutant discharge outlets,and timely and complete disclosure of self-monitoring information are put forward,aiming to guide PCB manufacturers to standardize self-monitoring work.
