摘　　要：基层环保部门应当立足于实践,制定基层生态环境保护管理策略,以便为后续生态环境保护工作奠定基础。本文就现阶段基层生态环境保护管理工作的基本情况进行论述,并对其过程中所面临的诸多难题进行探究,同时提出行之有效的应对策略,以期为基层环保管理部门的各项工作提供参考。The grass-roots environmental protection departments should be based on practice,formulate the grass-roots ecological and environmental protection management practice strategy,so as to lay a foundation for the subsequent ecological and environmental protection work.This paper summarizes the basic situation of the grassroots ecological and environmental protection and management work at the present stage,and deeply explores the many difficult problems faced in the process of its development,and puts forward effective countermeasures,in order to provide a certain reference for the work of the grass-roots environmental protection management departments.
