摘  要:导轨式靶弹在发射装置上采用倾斜热发射的发射方式,依靠滑块在导轨上运动保证发射过程沿导轨方向运动,靶弹在前滑块离轨后,弹体由于重力作用会绕后滑块旋转,使头部下沉,导致靶弹与导轨存在碰撞风险。为了分析靶弹发射过程的安全性,编写了弹道程序,设置初值并进行积分解算求得各个时刻靶弹的飞行状态和参数。采用ADAMS软件仿真获得影响其发射安全性的相关数据。分析了不同发射条件下,靶弹在发射装置上发射时运动参数的变化规律。采用导轨长度为9 m的发射装置进行60°发射的发射试验,获得了发射过程的离轨时间、离轨速度和低头角等参数,验证了弹道计算和仿真结果的正确性,为靶弹发射安全性设计提供了设计依据。A type of guideway target missile was launched by inclined thermal emission on the launcher.The target missile moved alone the guideway direction,which depended on the slider.After the front slider of the target missile left the guideway,the projectile body will rotate around the rear slider due to gravity,which caused the head of target missile to sink,resulting in the risk of collision between the target missile and the guideway.In order to analyze the safety of target missile during launching process.The trajectory program and the initial value were set,and the flight state and parameters of the target missile at each time were obtained through integral calculation.Through ADAMS software simulation,the relevant data affecting its launch safety were obtained.Different launch conditions of motion parameters analyzed when target missile was launched on Launcher.In order to verify the correctness of theoretical arithmetic and ADAMS software simulation data,the launching test was carried out with launching angle of 60 degree and guideway length of 9 m,the relevant data of the launch process were obtained.Through the analysis of test data,the correctness of trajectory calculation and simulation results was proved,it provided a design basis for the launch safety design security of target missile.
