关于水流开关挡板断裂的失效分析

摘　　要：水流开关用于空调机组,起到机组水流量异常的保护作用。当水流开关失效断裂时,会造成空调系统中有水泄漏或其他原因导致系统水流量减少而无法监测出来,严重时会导致空调机组的故障。本文将通过对断裂样件进行电镜、金相、材料等分析手段得出此次挡板断裂原因,并针对断裂原因提出了相应改善方案,降低售后故障率。The water flow switch is used in air conditioning units to protect against abnormal water flow.When the water flow switch fails and breaks,it will cause water leakage in the air conditioning system or other reasons to reduce the water flow of the system and cannot be monitored.In serious cases,it will lead to the failure of the air conditioning unit.This paper will analyze the fracture samples by means of electron microscopy,metallography,materials and other means to find the reasons for the fracture of the baffle,and put forward corresponding improvement schemes for the fracture reasons to reduce the after-sales failure rate.
