摘  要:以往针对圆锥滚子修形的研究大多数都集中于滚子修形对轴承接触区域应力分布和载荷分布等方面的影响,很少有对基于滚子和滚道修形的双列圆锥滚子轴承接触区热特性的系统性研究。针对重型卡车车桥用双列圆锥滚子轴承承载较大,且失效形式多为高温失效的问题,对双列圆锥滚子轴承的热特性进行了研究。首先,基于滚动轴承动力学理论和滚子与滚道的对数修形理论,建立了重卡车桥用双列圆锥滚子轴承动力学模型;然后,基于摩擦功耗理论和热传递理论,建立了轴承摩擦功耗模型和热分析模型,研究了滚子、滚道修形参数对轴承热特性的影响规律;最后,搭建了轴承温度试验台,通过对比试验对仿真结果进行了验证。研究结果表明:滚子与滚道修形参数对相应滚子与滚道接触区的温度分布影响基本一致,修形系数大于0.8时,其能够消除端部应力集中的影响,系数过大则使滚子与滚道接触区最高温度增大;修形偏移量的变化会使接触区的最高温度位置发生变化;滚子与滚道同时修形,滚子与滚道修形偏移量接近时,滚子与大挡边接触区的最高温度较低。In the past,most of the research on tapered roller modification focused on the influence of roller modification on the stress distribution and load distribution in the contact area of bearings,and few systematic studies were made on the thermal characteristics of the contact area of double-row tapered roller bearings based on roller and raceway modification.Aiming at the problem that the double row tapered roller bearing used in heavy truck axle had large load and the failure mode was mostly high temperature failure,the thermal characteristics of the double row tapered roller bearings were studied.Firstly,based on the dynamic theory of rolling bearing and the theory of roller and raceway logarithmic modification,a dynamic model of double row tapered roller bearings for heavy truck axles was established.Then,based on the friction power consumption theory and heat transfer theory,the dynamic and friction power consumption research model and bearing thermal analysis model of double-row tapered roller bearing for heavy truck axle were established,and the influence of roller and raceway modification parameters on bearing thermal characteristics was studied.Finally,a bearing temperature test bed was built,and the simulation results were verified by comparative tests.The research results show that the influence of the roller and raceway modification parameters on the temperature distribution of the corresponding roller and raceway contact area is basically the same.When the modification coefficient is greater than 0.8,the effect of the end stress concentration can be eliminated if the modification coefficient is too small,and the maximum temperature of the roller and raceway contact area increases if the modification coefficient is too large.The position of the highest temperature in the contact area changes with the change of the modification offset.The roller and raceway are shaped at the same time.When the deviation of the roller and raceway is close to each other,the maximum temperature in the contact area between t
