摘　　要：凤翔秦雍城遗址与雍城湖构筑了当地独特的文化景观,而在快速城镇化过程中其主要功能剥离了文化源点,历史遗迹遭遇“被动保护”而无法发挥其使用价值。如何在城市发展过程中凸显出文化景观,并与当今城市功能融合是本次研究的重点。文章基于《法国开发署贷款凤翔县东湖雍城湖湿地治理项目可行性研究报告》,对凤翔文化景观进行深入挖掘、梳理,提出不同层面的定位与发展策略,甄别实施项目,并对项目进行统筹规划安排,以点带面重点建设,以示范和触媒效应盘活凤翔的文化复兴。The Fengxiang Qin Yongcheng Site and Yongcheng Lake have constructed a unique cultural landscape in the local area,but during the rapid urbanization process,their main function has been stripped from the cultural source,and historical sites have encountered“passive protection”and cannot fully utilize their value.How to highlight cultural landscapes in the process of urban development and to integrate them with current urban functions is the focus of this paper.Based on the Feasibility Study Report of Fengxiang County East Lake Yongcheng Lake Wetland Management Project with a Loan from the French Development Agency,this paper deeply explores and combs Fengxiang cultural landscape,puts forward positioning and development strategies at different levels,screens the implementation projects,and makes overall planning and arrangement for the projects.It focuses on construction from point to area,and promotes the cultural revival of Fengxiang with demonstration and catalytic effects.
