摘  要:降低城市脆弱性、提升系统韧性,是实现城市区域可持续发展的有效途径。文章基于复杂适应理论构建城市韧性评价框架,并利用地理探测器对2016年甘肃省14个地州级以上城市韧性的空间特征与驱动因素进行分析。结果表明:空间分布上高韧性和较高韧性的城市分布于东南部地区,甘南州和金昌市则为较低韧性的城市,形成了“东南部高、西北部低”的分布特征。驱动因素影响程度依次是平均降水量>消费水平>城乡差距>植被覆盖度>经济发展>地势起伏度>平均气温>投资力度。对于不同因素应分别采取针对性的调控措施,以促使城市合理规划发展。Reducing the vulnerability and enhancing the resilience of cities is an effective way to realize the sustainable development of the cities.Based on CAS theory,the paper establishes a framework for urban resilience evaluation,and analyzes the spatial characteristics and driving factors of the urban resilience of 14 prefecture-level cities in Gansu Province in 2016 with geographic detector.The results show that in terms of spatial distribution,the cities with high and relatively high resilience are distributed in the southeast,while the cities with low resilience in Gannan and Jinchang form a spatial distribution characteristic of“high in the southeast and low in the northwest”.The degree of influence of driving factors from high to low is average precipitation,consumption level,urban-rural gap,vegetation coverage,economic development,terrain fluctuation,average temperature,and investment intensity,respectively.To promote the rational planning and development of a city,the targeted control measures should be adapted for different factors.
