体力活动视角下城市建成环境对健康的影响研究

摘　　要：作为城市规划与建设在空间上的反映,建成环境(built environment)是影响居民体力活动(physical activity)和健康的重要载体,探究建成环境对居民体力活动和健康的影响机理,对建设健康城市具有重要意义。基于体力活动的中介效应视角,建立回归模型,探究城市多样化建成环境与居民健康水平的联系,甄别显著影响居民健康状况的建成环境因素及其影响作用,并提出相关建议。结果表明:①合理的交通线路及站点规划能鼓励居民的公共交通出行,增加居民的体力活动;②城市空间的绿化程度影响居民的体力活动时间,在绿化程度较高的区域,居民体力活动意愿更高;③建筑设计会对居民体力活动需求及意愿产生一定影响;④城市建筑密度影响居民体力活动频率,应设置合理的建筑密度。As a spatial reflection of urban planning and construction,the built environment is an important carrier affecting individuals’physical activity and health outcomes.Exploring the mechanism of the built environment’s impact on physical activity and health is of great significance for building a healthy city.From the perspective of the mediator effect of physical activity,a regression model is established to explore the relationship between urban diversified built environment and the residents’health outcome,and to identify the built environment factors that significantly affect residents’health status and their impact.Then the paper puts forward relevant suggestions.The results show that:①Reasonable transportation routes and station planning can encourage residents’public transportation travel and increase their physical activity.②The degree of greenery in urban spaces affects the physical activity time of the residents.In areas with higher greenery,residents have a higher willingness to engage in physical activity.③Architectural design will have a certain impact on the needs and willingness of the residents’physical activities.④The density of urban buildings affects the frequency of the residents’physical activities,and reasonable building density should be set.
