摘　　要：地域文化是一座城市的精神核心,是影响大型商业综合体设计的深层次因素。文章以法国VP规划设计的海口国际免税城项目为例,探讨地域文化与现代大型商业综合体建筑的融合方式,结合海口的城市发展战略,分析其作为海口的新地标建筑对地域文化的具体阐释,以期为现代大型商业综合体项目的地域实践提供有价值的参考。Regional culture is the spiritual core of a city and a deepseated factor that affects the design of a large-scale commercial complex.This paper takes the project of Haikou International Duty Free City planned and designed by French VP as an example to explore the integration of regional culture and modern large-scale commercial complex.Combined with the urban development strategy of Haikou,it analyzes the specific interpretation of regional culture as a new landmark building in Haikou,so as to provide valuable reference for the regional practice of modern large-scale commercial complex.
