基于模糊综合评价法的宜昌市西洋历史建筑评价研究

摘　　要：宜昌市是位于长江中上游分界线上的一座小城,于1877年成为开放口岸后,在接下来的半个多世纪的时间里得到了突飞猛进的发展。作为经济发展的载体,一批适应近代工商业、医疗、教育等需求的具有西洋风格的建筑在宜昌落地生根,它们见证了19世纪末至20世纪初宜昌的发展变迁。对宜昌的西洋历史建筑进行现状调研、评价、保护、再利用,有利于梳理宜昌市城市发展历史。文章旨在通过科学、客观、系统的方法,以宜昌市招商局建筑为例,探索适用于宜昌市的西洋历史建筑评价方法,为今后的相关保护与再利用工作提供参考。Yichang,a small city located on the demarcation line of the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River,became an open port in 1877,and then developed by leaps and bounds in the following half century.As the carrier of economic development,a number of western buildings that better meet the needs of modern industry and commerce,medical care,education and other needs have been built in Yichang.They have witnessed the development and changes of Yichang from the late 19th century to the early 20th century.Investigating,evaluating,protecting and reutilizing the western historical buildings in Yichang are conducive to sorting out the development history of Yichang.Through scientific,objective and systematic methods,this paper takes the buildings of China Merchants Bureau as an example,explores the evaluation method of western historical buildings applicable to Yichang,and provides a reference for the future protection and reutilization work.
