摘　　要：文章对青岛市上海路—武定路历史街区市民文化中心设计策略进行研究。在现状调研的基础上,分析该地块目前存在的一些问题,以城市触媒理论为指导,以市民文化中心为触媒元素,从引入触媒、植入功能、打破边界、景观营造、共享共建五个方面提出市民文化中心设计策略,激活该片区的活力,充分发挥触媒效应,使其能够得到可持续的保护、利用与发展,从而获得再生。This paper studies the design strategy of the Citizen Cultural Center in the historical block of Shanghai Road-Wuding Road in Qingdao.Based on the current situation investigation,it analyzes some problems existing in the plot.Guided by the urban catalyst theory,the Citizen Cultural Center is taken as the catalyst elements,and the design strategies for the center are put forward from five aspects of introducing catalyst,implanting functions,breaking boundaries,creating landscape,and sharing and coconstruction.It aims to activate the vitality of the area,and to give full play to the catalyst effect so as to promote its sustainable protection,utilization and development and to obtain its regeneration.
