街区形态和场所特性调查--以深圳华侨城创意园区为例

摘　　要：文章以深圳市华侨城东部工业区的发展为索引,以城市街区形态学和街区特性作为切入点,讨论华侨城的场地形态和街区环境,简要分析该街区的形成因素,以及它对周边居民、工作人员、管理者的影响。希望通过实地调查和研究,深入地探讨城市、场地、人三者之间的关系,引发人们对旧城改造发展的思考,从而更好地引导城市管理者对社群、街区、文化的保留传承。The paper takes the development of the eastern industrial zone of Shenzhen’s Overseas Chinese Town as an example to discuss the issues of block grouping.The paper takes the urban block morphology and block characteristics as the starting point to discuss the site morphology and block environment of the OCT.Then it briefly analyzes the formation factors of the block and its impact on the surrounding residents,staff,and managers.Through field investigation and research,the paper deeply explores the relationship between cities,sites and people,arouses the people’s thinking about the transformation and development of old cities,and better guides the city managers to preserve and inherit the community,the neighborhood and the culture.
