摘　　要：随着我国城镇化进程的加快,城市中心的许多工厂被废弃,造成旧工业厂房的闲置,工业建筑作为城市历史文化的重要组成部分,是城市中的一处遗存家园。文章通过现状调查与问题分析,分析现存待改造的厂房存在的主要问题,以场地、功能和空间角度为切入点,研究工业厂房的改造策略,包括场地场所精神的唤醒、内部功能置换和重构内外的空间序列,以期重新唤醒厂房昔日的生机与活力。With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,many factories in the city center have been abandoned,resulting in the idleness of old industrial plants.Industrial buildings,as an important part of the city’s history and culture,are a relict home in the city.Through the investigation on the current situation and the analysis on the problems,this paper analyzes the main problems in the existing plant to be renovated,and studies the renovation strategies of the industrial plant from the perspective of site,function and space,including the awakening of the spirit of the site and place,the replacement of internal functions and the reconstruction of the spatial sequence inside and outside,in order to reawaken the former vitality of the factory.
