大鲍岛近代砖木建筑结构特征研究--以胶州路六十一号建筑为例

摘　　要：青岛的近代建筑无论是建筑风格还是建筑结构都带有明显的西方建筑文化特点,并形成了具有特色的居住形式--里院。文章首先从历史视角结合地理、人文、气候等因素综合分析砖木结构作为建筑主体材料的成因。其次,通过具体分析胶州路六十一号建筑的结构材料、结构形式及细部构造,展示青岛近代砖木建筑精彩纷呈的结构体系。最后总结出里院是西方先进结构技术与青岛本土建筑工艺相结合的砖木结构特征,为后期里院保护提供重要工业依据。Qingdao's modern buildings,both in architectural style and architectural structure,have obvious characteristics of western architecture and culture,and form a characteristic form of residence–the courtyard.This paper firstly analyzes the causes of brick and wood structure as the main material of the building from the historical perspective combined with geography,humanities,climate and other factors.Secondly,by specifically analyzing the structural materials,structural forms and detailed structures of No.61 Building on Jiaozhou Road,it shows the wonderful and varied structural system of modern brick and wood buildings in Qingdao.Finally,it is concluded that the courtyard is a brick and wood structure characterized by the combination of advanced western structural technology and local building techniques in Qingdao,which provides an important industrial basis for the conservation of the courtyard in the future.
