摘  要:目的探究帕金森病(PD)患者血清线粒体肌酸激酶(CKMT)1A、神经丝轻链蛋白(NFL)活性的变化及^(11)C-甲基-N-2β-甲基酯-3β-(4-F-苯基)托烷(^(11)C-β-CFT)正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET)/电子计算机X射线断层扫描技术(CT)脑显像的情况,为发现PD标志物提供线索。方法PD患者39例为PD组,对照组50例来自健康体检者,使用酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清CKMT1A、NFL浓度,使用^(11)C-β-CFT PET/CT显示黑质、纹状体多巴胺转运体(DAT)的摄取情况。结果PD组血清CKMT1A、NFL水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);PD组纹状体DAT结合量指数及结合不对称性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CKMT1A、NFL联合^(11)C-β-CFT PET/CT脑显像有可能成为辅助诊断PD的标志物。Objective To investigate the changes of serum mitochondrial creatine kinase(CKMT)1A and neurofilament light chain protein(NFL)activity in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)and the changes of ^(11)C-β-CFT position emission computed tomography(PET)/computed tomography(CT)brain imaging,which could provide clues for the discovery of PD markers.Methods There were 39 PD patients in PD group and control group with 50 healthy physical examination subjects.Serum CKMT1A and NFL levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,^(11)C-β-CFT PET/CT showed uptake of substantia nigra and striatal dopamine transporter(DAT).Results The levels of serum CKMT1A and NFL in PD group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the DAT binding index and the DAT binding asymmetry in the striatum in PD group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CKMT1A,NFL combined with ^(11)C-β-CFT PET/CT brain imaging might be a marker for auxiliary diagnosis of PD.
