摘　　要：目的:分析商丘市2016—2020年流感病毒核酸监测结果。方法:收集中国流感监测信息系统中2016—2020年商丘市哨点医院流感样病例(ILI)监测数据,采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测流感病毒核酸,并对ILI监测阳性结果进行病原学分析。结果:2016—2020年商丘市第一人民医院(哨点医院)共报告3889份ILI,阳性785份,阳性率为20.19%;785份阳性样本中,甲型阳性样本450份(57.32%),其中季节性H3N2阳性238份、新甲H1N1阳性212份,乙型阳性335份(42.68%);商丘市流感流行趋势具有明显冬春季分布的特点,12月至次年2月达到流行高峰,次年3月或4月流行强度开始回落;不同性别阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);0~4岁采集样本例数最多,5~14岁阳性率最高。结论:2016—2020年商丘市流感病毒流行高峰为12月至次年2月,0~14岁为易感群体,冬春季节是重点防控时期。Objective:To analyze influenza virus nucleic acid surveillance results in Shangqiu city from 2016 to 2020.Methods:The surveillance data of influenza-like illness(ILI)in Sentinel Hospitals in Shangqiu city from 2016 to 2020 were collected from China influenza surveillance information system.The influenza virus nucleic acid was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Pathogenic analysis was performed on the positive results of ILI surveillance.Results:From 2016 to 2020,a total of 3889 ILI cases were reported in Shangqiu First People’s Hospital(Sentinel Hospital),and 785 were positive with a positive rate of 20.19%.Among the 785 positive samples,450 were positive for influenza A(57.32%),including 238 seasonal H3N2 positive samples,212 new H1N1 positive samples,and 335 positive for influenza B(42.68%).The epidemic trend of influenza in Shangqiu city had obvious distribution characteristics in winter and spring.The epidemic peak was reached from December to February of the next year,and the epidemic intensity began to decline in March or April of the next year.There was no significant difference in the positive rate between different genders(P<0.05).The number of samples collected from the children of 0-4 years old was the highest,and the positive rate of the children of 5-14 years old was the highest.Conclusions:From 2016 to 2020,the epidemic peak of influenza virus in Shangqiu city is from December to February of the next year,and the children of 0-14 years old are the susceptible group.Further,winter and spring are the key prevention and control periods.
