永久性膀胱造瘘患者残障接受度的影响因素

摘　　要：目的:分析永久性膀胱造瘘患者残障接受度的影响因素。方法:选取2019年6月至2022年6月该院收治的80例永久性膀胱造瘘患者进行横断面研究,面对面发放调查问卷,统计永久性膀胱造瘘患者残障接受度量表(ADS)评分,并采用单因素和多元线性回归分析永久性膀胱造瘘患者ADS评分的影响因素。结果:问卷有效回收率为86.25%(69/80);69例永久性膀胱造瘘患者ADS评分为(182.67±29.43)分;不同置管时间、社会关系质量量表(SRQS)评分、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)评分、家庭关怀度指数测评表(PAGAR)评分、造瘘相关知识掌握程度评分、自我护理能力实施量表(ESCA)评分永久性膀胱造瘘患者间ADS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,置管时间、SRQS评分、TAS-20评分、PAGAR评分、造瘘相关知识掌握程度评分、ESCA评分为永久性膀胱造瘘患者ADS评分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:置管时间、SRQS评分、TAS-20评分、PAGAR评分、造瘘相关知识掌握程度评分、ESCA评分均为永久性膀胱造瘘患者ADS评分的影响因素。Objective:To analyze influencing factors of disability acceptance in patients with permanent cystostomy.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 80 patients with permanent cystostomy admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2022.The questionnaire was distributed face to face,and the disability acceptance scale(ADS)scores of the patients with permanent cystostomy were statistically analyzed.Univariate and multivariate linear regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of the ADS scores in the patients with permanent cystostomy.Results:The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 86.25%(69/80).The ADS score of the 69 patients with permanent cystostomy was(182.67±29.43).There were statistically significant differences in the ADS scores among the permanent cystostomy patients with different catheterization time,social relationship quality scale(SRQS)score,Toronto alexithymia scale(TAS-20)score,family care index assessment scale(PAGAR)score,fistula-related knowledge mastery score,and exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)score(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the catheterization time,SRQS score,TAS-20 score,PAGAR score,fistula-related knowledge mastery score and ESCA score were the influencing factors of the ADS scores in the patients with permanent cystostomy(P<0.05).Conclusions:The catheterization time,SRQS score,TAS-20 score,PAGAR score,fistula-related knowledge mastery score and ESCA score are all influencing factors of the ADS scores in the patients with permanent cystostomy.
