参苓白术颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗新生儿腹泻的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察参苓白术颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗新生儿腹泻的效果。方法:选取2020年2月至2022年2月该院收治的96例腹泻新生儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合参苓白术颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、临床症状消失时间、康复指标(大便次数少、止泻时间、大便性状好转时间)水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.92%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组呕吐、脱水和低热等临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组大便次数少于对照组,止泻时间和大便性状好转时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:参苓白术颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗新生儿腹泻,可提高临床疗效,降低中医证候积分,缩短临床症状消失时间,其效果优于单纯双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Shenling Baizhu granules combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable powder in treatment of neonatal diarrhea.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 96 neonates with diarrhea admitted to this hospital from February 2020 to February 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable powder,while the observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu granules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome score before and after the treatment,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,the rehabilitation index(stool frequency,antidiarrheal time,stool traits improvement time),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as vomiting,dehydration and low fever in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stool frequency in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the antidiarrheal time and the stool traits improvement time were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:Shenling Baizhu granule combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable powder in the treatment of neonatal diarrhea can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the TCM syndrome scores and shorten the r
