摘　　要：目的:观察快速康复外科护理应用于急性膝关节损伤手术患者的效果。方法:选取2020年12月至2021年12月该院收治的116例急性膝关节损伤手术患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各58例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复外科护理,比较两组护理前后Lysholm评分、膝关节最大屈曲度、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:护理后6个月,两组Lysholm评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组膝关节最大屈曲度均大于护理前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.90%,低于对照组的20.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为98.28%,高于对照组的82.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理用于急性膝关节损伤手术患者可提高其Lysholm评分和护理满意度,增大其膝关节最大屈曲度,降低其并发症发生率,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe effects of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on patients with acute knee joint injury.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 116 patients with acute knee joint injury who were admitted to the hospital from December 2020 to December 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,58 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.The Lysholm score,the maximum flexion of knee joint,the incidence of complications,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:6 months after the nursing,the Lysholm scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximum flexion of knee joint in the two groups was greater than that before the nursing,that in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.90%,which was significantly lower than 20.69%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.28%,which was significantly higher than 82.76%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for the patients with acute knee joint injury surgery can improve their Lysholm scores and nursing satisfaction,increase the maximum flexion of the knee joint,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
