摘 要:以板叶荠菜种子为试验材料,研究了不同温度下荠菜种子的萌发特性及赤霉素(GA_(3))和6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)浸种处理对高温胁迫下荠菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,25℃处理下,荠菜的苗高、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等发芽指标显著高于其他温度处理,为荠菜种子的最佳萌发温度。30℃高温胁迫时,7.5 mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)和7.5 mg·L^(-1)(GA_(3)+6-BA)处理下荠菜种子的活力指数和7个发芽指标(苗高、胚根长、鲜质量、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数)的隶属函数平均值最高;35℃高温胁迫时,7.5 mg·L^(-1)6-BA和7.5 mg·L^(-1)(GA_(3)+6-BA)处理下种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和7个发芽指标的隶属函数平均值最高,说明适宜浓度的GA_(3)、6-BA和GA_(3)+6-BA浸种处理可显著促进高温胁迫下荠菜种子的萌发和幼苗生长。Taking the seeds of Capsella bursa-pastoris Banye as materials,the germination characteristics of Capsella bursa-pastoris seeds at different temperatures and the effects of gibberellin(GA_(3))and 6-benzyladenine(6-BA)on seed germination and seedling growth of Capsella bursa-pastoris under high temperature stress were studied in this experiment,which provided the basis for solving the problem of thermal dormancy of seeds and the physiological study of resistance to high temperature stress.The results showed that under 25℃,the seedling height,germination rate,germination potential,germination index,and vigor index of Capsella bursa-pastoris were significantly higher than those under the other temperature treatments,which was the best germination temperature for Capsella bursa-pastoris seeds.Under 30℃high temperature stress,the vigor index and the average value of membership function of 7 germination indexes(seedling height,radicle length,fresh weight,germination rate,germination potential,germination index,and vigor index)reached the highest values under 7.5 mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)and 7.5 mg·L^(-1)(GA_(3)+6-BA)treatments.While under 35℃,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,and the average value of membership function of 7 germination indexes treated with 7.5 mg·L^(-1)6-BA and 7.5 mg·L^(-1)(GA_(3)+6-BA)were highest,indicating that suitable concentration of GA_(3),6-BA,and GA_(3)+6-BA soaking treatments could significantly promote seed germination and seedling growth of Capsella bursa-pastoris under high temperature stress.
