摘　　要：目的探讨子痫患者的临床特征及对母儿结局的影响,为临床早期识别、干预提供依据。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2022年12月在福建省妇幼保健院产科收治并诊断的34例子痫患者的病历资料,分析其临床特点及围生儿结局。结果本研究共纳入子痫患者34例,患者年龄18~37岁,其中11.8%(4/34)患者的年龄≥35岁。88.2%(30/34)的患者系自然妊娠,单胎妊娠占比91.2%(31/34)。44.1%的患者以头痛头晕为首要症状,其余较常见的前驱症状包括恶心呕吐、眼花、视物模糊。大部分患者发病时出现意识改变。结论子痫患者的发病年龄、前驱症状、发病时机均呈多样性,临床需充分评估其不良妊娠结局的风险因素,加强孕期病情监测与健康宣教。Objective To Explore the clinical characteristics of eclampsia patients and their impact on maternal and fetal outcomes,providing a basis for early clinical identification and intervention.Methods Retrospective analysis of case data of 34 patients with epilepsy admitted and diagnosed in the obstetrics of Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2010 to December 2022,the clinical characteristics and perinatal outcomes were analyzed.Result This study included a total of 34 patients with eclampsia,aged 18-37 years,of whom 11.8%(4/34)were aged 35 years or older.88.2%(30/34)of patients had natural pregnancies,with single pregnancy accounting for 91.2%(31/34).44.1%of patients have headache and dizziness as their primary symptoms,while the other common prodromal symptoms include nausea,vomiting,dizziness,and blurred vision.Most patients experience changes in consciousness during onset.Conclusion The age of onset,prodromal symptoms and timing of onset of eclampsia are diverse.The risk factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes should be fully evaluated,and the disease monitoring and health education during pregnancy should be strengthened.
