早期综合护理干预对胃癌患者术后恢复及心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的分析胃癌手术患者采取早期综合护理干预对其心理状态与术后恢复的影响。方法从2020年6月至2021年6月选取60例胃癌手术患者作为分析对象,采用随机分组法将所有患者分为两组,每组30例,对照组提供常规护理,观察组提供早期综合护理,干预后对比两组心理状态、胃肠功能恢复情况及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组SDS评分、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组恢复肛门排气时间、排便时间、肠鸣音时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组生活质量评估中社会功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、活力、总体健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期综合干预可有效调控患者心态,促进胃癌术后胃肠功能的恢复,对其今后的生活质量改善有着积极影响。Objective To analyze the effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention on the psychological state and postoperative recovery of patients with gastric cancer.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,60 patients with gastric cancer surgery were selected as the analysis object.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group provided routine nursing,and the observation group provided early comprehensive nursing.After the intervention,the psychological status,gastrointestinal function recovery and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of anal exhaust,defecation time and bowel sound time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of social function,physical pain,mental health,physiological function,physiological function,emotional function,vitality and overall health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive intervention can effectively regulate patients'mentality,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gastric cancer surgery,and have a positive impact on the improvement of their quality of life in the future.This nursing model is worthy of clinical reference for gastric cancer surgery.
