人文关怀联合亲情护理在免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患儿中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析人文关怀联合亲情护理应用于小儿免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)中的应用价值。方法选取我院2020年1月至2021年12月诊治的免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患儿88例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予人文关怀联合亲情护理,对比两组患儿的治疗依从性、血小板计数达标时间、再次出血情况等。结果观察组患儿的治疗依从性高于对照组,且干预1个月后的CDI评分、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预3个月后的血小板计数高于对照组,血小板计数达标时间、临床症状控制时间、住院时间以及再次出血发生率均短于或低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预3个月后的生活质量量表(NHP)中的5个维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀联合亲情护理在小儿ITP治疗中应用效果肯定,有助于促进血小板计数的升高,提高治疗依从性,促进患儿负性情绪缓解,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the application value of humanistic care combined with family care in pediatric immune thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods Select our hospital in January 2020 to 2021 December diagnosis and treatment of immune thrombocytopenic purpura children 88 cases for the study object,according to the random number method into two groups,control group for routine care measures,observe humanistic care combined family care,compare the two groups of children with treatment compliance,platelet count standard time,bleeding again,etc.Results Children in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the CDI score and SAS score after 1 month were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the platelet count in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the platelet count,clinical symptom control time,hospital stay,and incidence of bleeding were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the Quality of Life Scale(NHP)was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of humanistic care and family care in pediatric ITP treatment is positive,which helps to promote the increase of platelet count,improve treatment compliance,promote negative mood relief in children,and improve the quality of life.
