临床护理路径在特发性血小板减少性紫癜中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的就特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者实施临床护理路径指导,进一步改善疾病,帮助患者早日出院。方法将2022年7月至2023年6月收入本院的80例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组为常规护理,观察组为临床护理路径指导,对比两组干预成果。结果观察组患者的住院时间以及血小板计数改善用时短于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率100.00%高于对照组87.50%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者,为其实施临床护理路径指导有助于提升治疗疗效,缩短患者的治疗用时,防止并发症的发生。Objective To implement clinical nursing path guidance for patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,further improve the disease and help patients leave hospital as soon as possible.Methods A total of 80 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,the control group was routine nursing,the observation group was clinical nursing path guidance,and the intervention results of two groups were compared.Results It can be seen from the data that the duration of hospitalization and the improvement time of platelet count in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,the total efficacy of the observation group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group 87.50%,and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In the evaluation of nursing satisfaction,the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,the implementation of clinical nursing path guidance is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the treatment time of patients,prevent the occurrence of complications,and has popularization value.
