优质护理干预在乳腺癌患者化疗期间的效果观察及满意度分析

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理干预在乳腺癌患者化疗期间的效果观察及满意度。方法以分组方式展开本次研究(随机数字表法分组),抽取乳腺癌化疗患者80例,均在2020年1月至2022年12月入院并接受治疗,组别为对照组(n=40)、研究组(n=40),分别进行给予常规护理和优质护理,对比两组情绪指标、癌因性疲乏、生活质量、不良事件发生率以及护理满意度。结果干预后研究组情绪指标、生活质量与癌因性疲乏各项评分均得到改善,P<0.05。研究组护理满意度为92.50%,对照组为75.00%,P<0.05。结论乳腺癌患者化疗期间使用优质护理干预可改善情绪指标,对癌因性疲乏具有一定的调节作用,提升生活质量,降低不良事件,并获得较高的护理满意度。Objective To analyze the effect and satisfaction of high-quality nursing intervention during chemotherapy for breast cancer patients.Methods The study was carried out by grouping(grouping by random number table).Eighty patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy were selected,all of whom were admitted to hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 and received treatment.The group control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40)were given routine care and high-quality care respectively.The emotional indicators,cancer-related fatigue,quality of life,incidence of adverse events,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After high-quality nursing intervention,the emotional indicators,quality of life,and various scores of cancer-related fatigue in the study group were improved,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was 92.50%,while in the control group it was 75.00%.The study group was higher than the control group,with a P<0.05 difference.Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing intervention during chemotherapy for breast cancer patients can improve emotional indicators,regulate cancer-related fatigue to a certain extent,improve the quality of life,reduce adverse events,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction rate.
