摘  要:采用真空等离子喷涂(VPS)方法在DD6单晶合金基体表面制备NiCoCrAlYTa涂层,研究DD6基体和DD6/NiCoCrAlYTa涂层在1050℃的高温氧化行为,通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜研究涂层相结构和微观形貌变化。结果表明:NiCoCrAlYTa涂层氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线规律;氧化分为快速氧化和慢速氧化2个阶段,快速氧化阶段的氧化速率常数为0.00652 mg^(2)•cm^(−4)•h^(−1),慢速氧化阶段的氧化速率常数为0.00274 mg^(2)•cm^(−4)•h^(−1);在慢速氧化阶段形成较完整的氧化物防护层,有效降低涂层和基体的进一步氧化速率,其200 h氧化增重为0.9 mg/cm^(2),相较于DD6基体的氧化增重2.16 mg/cm^(2)有显著降低。采用VPS方法在DD6基体制备的NiCoCrAlYTa涂层在1050℃以下具有优异的抗氧化效果。NiCoCrAlYTa coating was prepared on DD6 single crystal alloy substrate by the vacuum plasma spraying(VPS)method.The oxidation behavior of DD6 substrate and DD6/NiCoCrAlYTa coating at 1050℃was studied.The phase microstructure and microscopic morphology of the coating were studied by XRD and SEM.The results show that the oxidation kinetics curve of NiCoCrAlYTa coating conforms to the parabolic law,and the oxidation can be divided into two stages:fast oxidation and slow oxidation.The oxidation rate constant K of the fast oxidation stage is 0.00652 mg^(2)•cm^(−4)•h^(−1),and the oxidation rate constant of the slow oxidation stage is 0.00274 mg^(2)•cm^(−4)•h^(−1).In the slow oxidation stage,a relatively complete oxide protective layer was formed,which effectively reduces the further oxidation rate of the coating and substrate.The 200 h oxidation weight gain is 0.9 mg/cm^(2),which is significantly lower than that of DD6 substrate which is 2.16 mg/cm^(2).Therefore,NiCoCrAlYTa coating prepared by the VPS method has excellent oxidation resistance for the DD6 substrate below 1050℃.
