摘 要:单相三电平NPC变换器自身硬件结构特点使得其中点不平衡问题在研究相关控制策略过程中成为不可忽视的重要因素,针对单相三电平常用的SPWM和SVPWM两种调制策略,巧妙地从PWM信号占空比角度出发,经过严格的数学分析与推导,证明了利用零序注入实现中点电压平衡控制的SPWM与利用正负小矢量互补特性控制中点电压平衡的SVPWM仍然等效,最后给出了相同条件下两种调制方式的仿真结果,进一步证明两者的等效关系,从而揭示了不同调制方法形散神聚的本质。Due to the hardware structure characteristics of single-phase three-level NPC converter,its neutral-point unbalancing has become an essential factor that cannot be ignored in the study of related control strategies.By using SPWM and SVPWM,two modulation strategies commonly used in the single-phase three-level,this paper conducted rigorous mathematical analysis and derivation from the perspective of PWM signal duty cycle and proved that SPWM using zero-sequence injection to control neutral-point voltage balance control is still equivalent to the SVPWM that uses the complementary characteristics of positive and negative small vectors to control neutral-point voltage balance.Finally,it put forward the simulation results obtained by the two modulation methods under the same conditions to prove the equivalence,which thus revealed the two modulation methods can achieve the same effect in essence.
