摘　　要：压力计是将计算机技术、检测与转换技术、信息处理技术等技术综合一体的现代新型称重仪器,不但自动称重、计量准确,而且快速方便,与我们日常生活息息相关。以单片机STC89C52为核心控制单元实现数据的处理,采用压力传感器对数据进行采集,并用24位AD转换芯片HX711对传感器采集到的模拟量进行AD转换,转换后的数据送到单片机进行处理;同时以外围晶振电路、复位电路、显示电路、无线传输模块,实现数据与计算机通讯,并可远程操作与控制。系统该压力计智能化程度高、报错率低、性价比高。Pressure gauge is a modern weighing instrument integrating computer technology,detection and conversion technology,information processing technology and other technologies.It can be widely applied in our life,as it can carry out automatic weighing and accurate measurement in an efficient and convenient way.Taking AT89C52 as the core control unit to realize data processing,this design adopted pressure sensor to collect data and used a special 24bit AD conversion chipHX 711 to convert the analog collected by the sensor,and then send the converted data to the single chip microcomputer for processing.With the assistance of supplemented devices,including the peripheral crystal oscillator circuit,the reset circuit,the display circuit and Bluetooth wireless transmission module,the communication between the data and the computer could be realized,and also be operated and controlled remotely with high intelligence,low error rate and excellent performance.
