一流课程建设背景下地方高师院校生物化学实验教学现状调查与分析——基于本科生的视角

摘　　要：课程建设是人才培养的核心要素,课程质量直接决定人才培养质量。生物化学实验作为生命科学类专业的必修基础课程,提升课程的“高阶性、创新性和挑战度”是一流课程建设的必然要求。立足于地方高师院校实际,基于本科生的视角,以湖北师范大学为例,采用问卷调查法分析了生物化学实验课程教与学的现状。结果显示:96%的学生认为课程教学安排合理,通过课前预习、课上及时记录实验数据解决实验问题、课后认真撰写实验报告,能够掌握实验内容,加深对理论知识的理解,提升自己的思维能力和分析问题的能力;但也认为以下方面需要改进和提升:1)线上预习资源有待充实;2)教学方式有待优化,增加操作示范,及时指导,进一步强化互动环节和联系生活实际的知识拓展;3)考核方式需更加多元化,建议完善实验操作考核环节。The curriculum construction is the core element of talent training,and the quality of curriculum directly determines the quality of talent training.As a compulsory basic course for biology majors,it is an inevitable requirement to construct Biochemistry Experimental as the first-class courses to improve the“high-level,innovative and challenging degree”.Focusing on the actual needs of local colleges and universities and based on the undergraduate perspective,this study adopted questionnaire method to investigate the current situation of teaching and learning of Biochemistry Experimental in Hubei Normal University.The results showed that 96%students recognized that the teaching content of Biochemistry Experimental was reasonable,as they can master experiment contents and theoretical learning and improve their ability of thinking and solving the problems through pre-class preparation,recording experiment data in class timely,and writing experimental reports carefully after class.However,the following aspects are also needed to be improved:1)Online preview resources need to be enriched;2)teaching methods need to be optimized,such as increasing demonstration processes,providing timely guidance,and strengthening interactive links and the expansion of knowledge related to life;3)The assessment methods need to be more diversified,and the practical operation assessment links should be improved.This survey and analysis provide the guidance for improving the construction level of biochemistry experiment curriculum in local normal colleges and universities and promoting the quality of talent training.
