摘  要:【目的】通过观察丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)和深色有隔内生真菌(dark septate endophytes,DSE)在植物中的侵染情况,探索哪些植物有更高的侵染率,以期作为重金属土壤修复的优势植株,为进一步研究AMF、DSE的生态学作用和有效提高矿区生态治理和生态重建提供理论基础。【方法】通过对云南个旧与会泽铅锌矿区三个样地(个旧矿区废弃地、个旧冶炼厂周边废弃农田和会泽矿区废弃地)的14个科30种植物进行调查,研究矿区植物根系AMF和DSE的定殖特征。【结果】个旧矿区废弃地中11种植物检测到AMF侵染,占样本的61.11%。个旧冶炼厂周边废弃农田中4种植物检测到AMF侵染,占样本的40.00%。会泽矿区废弃地中1种植物检测到AMF侵染,占样本的25.00%。个旧矿区废弃地中9种植物检测到DSE侵染,占样本的50.00%,个旧冶炼厂周边废弃农田中有5种植物检测到DSE侵染,占样本的50.00%;会泽矿区废弃地中2种植物检测到DSE侵染,占样本的50.00%。【结论】在三个样地中菊科为所有植物样本中AMF、DSE总侵染率最高的,表明菊科植物与AMF、DSE有更好的共生关系,进而获得更大的生存优势。可见,AMF、DSE对重金属具有一定的适应性和耐受性。【Objective】Observe the infection of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)and dark septate endophytes(DSE)in plants,and further explore which plants have higher infection rate,so as to be the dominant plants for heavy metal soil remediation.【Method】The colonization characteristics of AMF and DSE in plant roots in mining areas were studied by investigating 30 plant species from 13 families in three sample sites(abandoned land in Gejiu mining area,abandoned farmland in Gejiu around the smelter,and abandoned land in Huize mining area)in Yunnan province,China.【Result】AMF colonization was detected in 11 plant species,accounting for 61.11%of the samples,in the abandoned land of Gejiu mining area;in 4 plant species,accounting for 40.00%of the samples,in abandoned farmland in Gejiu around the smelter;and in 1 plant species,accounting for 25.00%of the samples,in the a bandoned land of Huize mining area.DSE colonization was detected in 9 plant species,accounting for 50.00%of the samples,in the abandoned land of Gejiu mining area;in 5 plant species,accounting for 50.00%of the samples in abandoned farmland in Gejin around the smelter,and in 2 plant species,accounting for 50.00%of the samples,in the abandoned land of Huize mining area.【Conclusion】Among all plant samples in the three sample sites,Asteraceae had the highest total colonization rate of AMF and DSE,indicating a better symbiotic relationship between Asteraceae plants and AMF/DSE,and therefore gaining greater survival advantages.Therefore,AMF and DSE have some adaptability and tolerance to heavy metals,which provides a theoretical basis for further study on the ecological function of AMF and DSE and effective improvement of ecological governance and ecological reconstruction in mining area.
