摘　　要：滨江新区景观规划是衡阳市实施“东扩南移、北拓西进”发展战略的重要环节。在对滨江新区“一园一带”项目场域充分调研分析的基础上,挖掘水文化、生态文化等,秉持融城畅享、显山理水、塑塔筑路、隐堤还绿的景观规划策略,构建以青山为底、江河为脉、佛塔为轴的景观格局,探讨城市滨水空间景观规划的路径与方法,重塑湘江,启航耒水,激活新城,升级衡阳,避免千城一面的城市滨水景观,以期对其他城市滨水空间景观规划提供参考。The landscape planning of Binjiang New District is an important link for Hengyang City to implement the development strategy of“expanding from east to south,expanding from north to west”.On the basis of thorough research and analysis of the project site,we tapped various types of cultures such as Buddhist culture,water culture,health preservation culture and ecological culture,and used the landscape planning strategies such as integrating urban development,enjoying a sightseeing tour,building mountains,organizing the river system,repairing pagodas,building roads,ecological dams,growing plants.Then we constructed a landscape pattern with green mountains as the base,rivers as the veins,and pagodas as the axis.Based on the strategies and methods of urban waterfront space landscape planning,we reshape the Xiangjiang River,control the Leishui River,activate the new district and upgrade Hengyang,in order to avoid thousands of cities with the same waterfront landscape and provide reference for other urban waterfront space landscape planning.
