摘  要:水库沉积物是水体污染物的主要蓄积场所,也是水库的潜在污染源。本研究中采用响应曲面法,以温度和溶解氧为自变量,总氮、总磷和氨氮为响应值,使用中心复合设计法(CCD)建立各响应变量的回归模型,分析某水库取水口处温度和溶解氧对底泥中氮磷释放的交互影响,使污染物质的释放量达到最低,实验结果表明,最佳释放条件是温度为9.87℃,溶解氧为7.93 mg/L;最不利释放条件是温度为19.64℃,溶解氧为1.12 mg/L,验证实验证明本研究所得结论可靠。The sediments of the reservoir is the main places for storing pollutants and also is the potential pollution sources of the reservoir.In this study,the effects of temperature and DO were conducted on the release of nitrogen and phosphorus from reservoir sediments by the response surface methodology.Central composite design method(CCD)was used to establish a mathematical model between these parameters and pollutants.To minimize the release of pollutants,we analyzed the interactive effects of temperature and DO on the release of nitrogen and phosphorus from sediments at the intake of the reservoir.The results showed that when using 9.87℃of temperature and 7.93mg/L of DO,the release conditions are optimal;when using 19.64℃of temperature and 1.12 mg/L of DO,the release conditions are the most unfavorable.This conclusion has been proven to be reliable through the experiments.
