摘 要:本文叙述了次氯酸钠发生器工作原理,研究电流密度、电解液流量、盐水浓度、电极板间距和电极板结垢对次氯酸钠发生器运行效果的影响,对有效氯浓度、盐耗、氯化钠参与反应百分比及直流电耗等评价指标进行分析。结果表明,电流密度、盐水浓度与有效氯浓度呈正相关,电解液流量、电极板间距与有效氯浓度呈负相关;电解液浓度、电解液流量和电极板间距与盐耗呈正相关,电流密度和盐耗呈负相关,氯化钠参与反应的百分比与盐耗为对立关系;电流密度、电极板间距与直流电耗呈正相关,电解液浓度、电解液流量与直流电耗呈负相关。电极板严重结垢时,次氯酸钠发生器运行效果变差。以处理量为800 m^(3)/d的医院废水,有效氯投加量为20 g/m^(3)作为测试点,对比成品次氯酸钠的吨水处理成本。结果表明,盐耗为4.00~12.00 kg/kg的次氯酸钠发生器吨水处理成本为0.185~0.554元/t,成品次氯酸钠的吨水处理成本为0.390元/t;当盐耗低于8.57 kg/kg,次氯酸钠发生器的吨水处理成本低于成品次氯酸钠,反之亦然。In this paper,the working principle of sodium hypochlorite generator is described,the experiment of key parameters(current density,electrolyte flow,brine concentration,electrode plate spacing and electrolytic scaling)on the operation performance indexes(effective chlorine concentration,salt consumption,sodium chloride participation percentage and DC power consumption)of sodium hypochlorite generator be investigated.The results show that,the current density and brine concentration were positively correlated with the effective chlorine concentration,while the electrolyte flow and electrode spacing were negatively correlated with the effective chlorine concentration.Electrolyte concentration,electrolyte flow and electrode spacing were positively correlated with salt consumption,current density was negatively correlated with salt consumption,and the percentage of sodium chloride involved in the reaction was antithetical to salt consumption.Current density and electrode spacing were positively correlated with DC power consumption,while electrolyte concentration and electrolyte flow were negatively correlated with DC power consumption.When the electrode is seriously scaled,the performance of the sodium hypochlorite generator becomes worse.Taking hospital wastewater with a treatment capacity of 800 m^(3)/d and an effective chlorine dosage of 20 g/m^(3)as the test point,the treatment cost of sodium hypochlorite and sodium hypochlorite generator was compared.The results show that the water treatment cost per ton of sodium hypochlorite generator with salt consumption of 4.00~12.00 kg/kg is 0.185~0.554 yuan per ton,and the water treatment cost per ton of finished sodium hypochlorite is 0.390 yuan per ton.When salt consumption is less than 8.57 kg/kg,the ton water treatment cost of sodium hypochlorite generator is lower than the sodium hypochlorite,otherwise vice versa.
