摘　　要：3-XX话语告警装置在修理前的检测过程中,出现一种能够正常播放通道信息但是试验器通告按键灯不亮的故障现象。针对这一问题,首先,按照修理工艺规程分解话语告警装置;然后,运用仪器测试法、替换法、电阻法和电压法等方法,对装置内的电路板插件进行诊断,并确定故障点;最后,采用正确的焊接技术将故障排除。整个操作过程及结果表明,本方案为该故障的排除提供了参考思路。A fault of the АЛМА3-XX speech alarm device was found in the detection process before repair,that is,although it can play channel information normally,the lamp of notification button of the tester does not light.To solve this problem,firstly,the alarm device is decomposed according to the process procedure.Then,the plug-in of the circuit board in the device was diagnosed through multiple methods such as instrument testing,replacement,resistance,and voltage methods.The fault point has been identified.Finally,the correct welding technology is used to eliminate the fault.The whole operation process and results show that the scheme in this paper provides a reference idea for the troubleshooting.
