摘  要:采用等离子旋转电极雾化制备2A11粉末,利用激光成型技术熔覆在2A12基体上,研究了不同功率、不同扫描速率对熔覆层熔深、层厚、气孔数量、硬度的影响规律,并提出气孔、裂纹类缺陷的控制方法。结果表明:熔覆功率由800 W递增至950 W,熔覆层的熔深、层厚、气孔数量随之增加,硬度减小;扫描速率由200 mm/min增加至500 mm/min,熔覆层的熔深、层厚随之降低,气孔数量先增加后减少,硬度变化不大。Plasma rotating electrode atomization was used to prepare 2A11 powder,which was melted onto the 2A12 substrate using laser cladding technology.The influence of different power and scanning rates on the melting depth,layer thickness,number of pores,and hardness of the melted layer was studied,and the control method for defects such as pores and cracks was proposed.The results show that as the cladding power increases from 800W to 950W,the melting depth,layer thickness,and number of pores of the cladding layer increase,while the hardness decreases;as the scanning rate increases from 200 mm/min to 500 mm/min,the depth and thickness of the cladding layer decrease,and the number of pores first increases and then decreases,while the hardness changed little.
