摘  要:我国进入高质量发展轨道后,高校拔尖人才对为国家重大战略领域输送领军人物起着决定性作用,其培养引起了国家的高度重视。借助“基于能力的规划”框架,开展了高校拔尖人才英语定制化课程设计。该课程包括通用学术英语、专门学术英语和语言文化三个模块,其中各模块由多种子课程组成,体现了不同类别高校拔尖学生的共性英语学习需求,同时根据不同类别拔尖人才培养目标对英语能力需求的差异性,课程中的模块、子课程的学时和内容可灵活组合。As China enters the track of high-quality development,top-notch talents in universities plays a decisive role in that universities can provide leaders in major strategic fields for the country,and their cultivation has attracted great attention from the country.In this paper,the authors use the framework of “Capabilities-Based Planning” to develop a customized English curriculum for top-notch talents in universities.The curriculum consists of three modules:English for General Academic Purposes,English for Specific Academic Purposes,and Language and Culture,each of which is composed of multiple courses,reflecting the common English learning needs of different types of top talents in universities.The modules and courses in the curriculum are flexibly combined in terms of class time and content according to the differences in English proficiency needs of different types of top talents.
