摘　　要：种子是农业的“芯片”,当前种业发展的战略性地位被提到了前所未有的高度,支持种业高质量发展成为了金融业的重要使命。我国种业起步时间较晚,规模与发达国家有一定差距,种业企业的发展受各方面因素影响面临着挑战,种业企业急需注入“金融能量”。以湖南省为例,通过考察金融支持种业发展现状,研究湖南种业高质量发展对金融服务的需求,提出相关建议:增强金融服务种业高质量发展的意识,拓宽种企融资渠道,增加服务种业的创新金融产品,积极搭建服务种企的投融资平台,细化完善种企支持保障体系,构建有效风险共担机制。Seeds are the “chips” of agriculture,and the strategic position of seed industry development has been raised to an unprecedented height.Supporting the high-quality development of the seed industry has become a major mission for the financial industry.The seed industry in China started relatively late and has a certain gap in scale compared to developed countries.The development of seed industry enterprises is facing challenges due to various factors,and seed industry enterprises urgently need to inject “financial energy”.This article takes Hunan Province as an example to study the development status of financial support for the seed industry,research on the demand for financial services for the high quality development of Hunan seed industry,and propose relevant suggestions:enhance the awareness of high-quality development of financial services for the seed industry,expand financing channels for seed enterprises,increase innovative financial products for the seed industry,actively build investment and financing platforms for seed enterprises,refine and improve the support and guarantee system for seed enterprises,and build an effective risk sharing mechanism.
