摘　　要：思想政治素质是导游员最重要的素质,影响导游服务质量的高低,决定导游员在讲好中国故事、宣传社会主义核心价值观等方面发挥作用的大小。在构建导游员思想政治素质评价指标体系的基础上,评价了导游员队伍思想政治素质现状,分析了其影响因素,并提出了提升导游员思想政治素质的对策。Ideological and political quality is the most important quality of tour guides,which affects the service quality of tour guides and determines the role of tour guides in telling Chinese stories and publicizing socialist core values.On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of the ideological and political quality of tour guides,this study evaluates the current situation of the ideological and political quality of tour guides,analyzes its influencing factors,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the ideological and political quality of tour guides.
