摘　　要：茶叶是云南省普洱市重要的支柱产业,绿色有机和产业融合已成为茶产业发展的必然趋势。以普洱市有机茶产业中具有典型代表性的企业作为研究对象,运用SWOT分析法和文献分析法等分析手段,在对其发展成效进行深入分析的基础上,从营销、科技、产业链和市场等4个角度,针对性地提出创新社群模式、加强科技人才培养、促进产业融合、强化市场监管等4条发展对策建议,以期为有机茶企业高质量发展提供参考。Tea is an important pillar industry in Pu'er City,Yunnan Province.The integration of green organic and industry has become an inevitable trend in the development of the tea industry.This study in the organic tea industry with typical rep-resentative enterprises as a research object,using SWOT analysis and literature analysis method,based on thorough analysis of its development results,from marketing,science and technology,industry chain,and market perspective,targeted put forward innovative community model,strengthen scientific and technological personnel,promote industrial integration,strengthen market regulation and so on four development countermeasures,to provide a reference for the organic tea enterprise high-quality development.
