摘  要:介绍站台门系统的系统组成、工作原理,以及国内外城市轨道交通站台门行业两种主流的现场总线控制系统:以CAN-BUS或Modbus为代表的第一代现场总线为核心的站台门控制系统;和以Profinet工业以太网为代表的第二代现场总线为核心的站台门控制系统。详述它们的网络构成、拓扑结构以及系统优缺点。针对现有系统中通信网络复杂、节点数量多等问题,提出通过整合增强DCU功能和采用双主站冗余等措施的改进方案。该方案对于站台门系统的产业升级和工业以太网在站台门系统的推广应用具有较好的工程应用和指导意义。This paper introduces the system composition and working principles of the platform door systems,as well as two mainstream fi eldbus control systems in the platform door industry of urban rail transit at home and abroad:the systems with the fi rst generation of fi eldbus as the core,represented by CAN-BUS or Modbus;and the systems with the second generation fi eldbus as the core,represented by Profinet industrial Ethernet.Their network composition,topology,and system advantages and disadvantages are detailed in this paper.Aiming at solving the problems of complex communication network and a large number of nodes in the existing systems,an improved scheme is proposed,which is enhancing the DCU function through integration and adopting dual-master redundancy.The scheme has good engineering applications and guiding signifi cance in the fi eld of the industrial upgrading of the platform door systems and the popularization and application of industrial Ethernet in such systems.
