摘　　要：目的 探讨家庭亲情疗法在脑性昏迷患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2021年12月收治的颅脑损伤伴脑性昏迷患者84例,按入组时间分为对照组和试验组,每组42例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组实施基于家庭亲情疗法的感知刺激。比较2组不同时间的格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、脑电图(ECG)评分,记录2组患者苏醒情况、苏醒时间和意识状态。结果 干预2周、3周、4周末,试验组GCS和ECG评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组30 d内苏醒率为73.4%高于对照组的38.1%;试验组苏醒所需时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组意识状态明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.496,P<0.05)。结论 家庭亲情疗法应用于脑性昏迷患者,可加速苏醒,促进神经功能恢复,改善其意识状态。Objective To investigate the application value of family affection therapy in patients with cerebral coma.Methods A total of 84 craniocerebral injured patients with cerebral coma admitted from January 2018 to December 2021 were enrolled in the present study.They were assigned to the experimental group(n=42)and control group(n=42)based on the time of admission.Patients in the control group were managed by routine nursing care,and those in the experimental group were managed by the sensory feedback based on the family affection therapy.The scores of Glasgow coma scale(GCS)and electroencephalography(ECG),as well as the awaking state,the mean awakening time and the consciousness were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks,3 weeks,and 4 weeks of the intervention,the scores of GCS and ECG were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of awakening within 30 days was significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(73.4%vs 38.1%,P<0.05),and the mean awakening time was significantly shorter(P<0.05).The consciousness states was significantly better in the experimental group as compared to that in the control group(Z=2.496,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family affection therapy accelerates the awakening,promotes the recovery of neurological function and improves the consciousness of patients with cerebral coma.
