基于数据挖掘法探讨益气活血养阴方在临床疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的对益气活血养阴方组成和功效主治进行文献检索及数据分析,寻求该方在临床应用中的规律。方法应用古今医案云平台知识库,检索建库至2020年3月31日期间有关益气活血养阴方(人参、三七、川芎、石斛)及其相关组合的方剂,使用Cytoscape、Graphpad等软件作图进行数据分析与展示。结果益气活血养阴方加减基础上的11个组合在临床应用中治疗中医心系病证、西医心血管疾病出现的频次最高;心系病证中以心悸、胸痹症状最为常见,心血管疾病中以冠心病最为常见;人参在临床治疗心系病证中具有举足轻重的作用;以石斛为代表的养阴药治疗心系病证居多。结论应用数据挖掘技术能较为系统地总结出益气活血养阴方在治疗心血管疾病、老年性疾病、血管性疾病及血管衰老性疾病较为常用,为该方在改善心系疾病症状,治疗心血管疾病、防治心血管衰老方面提供客观的总结与借鉴。Objective To conduct literature retrieval and data analysis on the composition and efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Decoction and find out the law of its clinical application.Methods The ancient and modern medical record cloud platform knowledge base was used to search for the prescriptions about Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Decoction(Panax notoginseng,Panax notoginseng,Ligusticum chuanxiong,and Dendrobium candidum)and their related combinations,and the data were analyzed and displayed by Cytoscape,Graphpad,and other software.Results The 11 combinations based on the modified Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Decoction have the highest frequency in the clinical treatment of heart diseases in traditional Chinese medicine and cardiovascular diseases in western medicine,and palpitation and chest arthralgia are the most common symptoms in heart diseases.Coronary heart disease is the most common one in cardiovascular diseases.Panax notoginseng plays an important role in the clinical treatment of heart diseases,and Yin-nourishing drugs represented by Dendrobium candidum are mostly used to treat heart diseases.Conclusion The application of data mining technology can systematically summarize that Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Decoction is commonly used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,senile diseases,vascular diseases,and vascular aging diseases.Objective summary and reference are provided for the treatment of heart diseases and cardiovascular diseases and the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular aging.
